Job Role: -Deliver engaging and practical lessons in engineering, including, milling, turning and CNC -Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and provide timely feedback to students. -Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth delivery of course content across multiple engineering disciplines. -Monitor and report on student progress, attendance, and engagement. Requirements: - Relevant degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar -Relevant teaching qualification (PGCE, CertEd, or equivalent). -Strong knowledge and experience in engineering -Ability to engage and motivate learners with diverse backgrounds. -Flexible approach to teaching and ability to adapt to changing schedules.
