The successful candidate will ensure all mechanical systems operate efficiently while maintaining high standards of health, safety, and compliance.Key Responsibilities Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical building services equipment. Diagnose and repair faults on a range of HVAC and mechanical systems. Complete maintenance records and compliance documentation accurately. Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests. Support the wider engineering team when required. Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations. Essential Requirements City and Guilds Mechanical Engineering Level 2 qualification. L8 qualification/certification obtained within the last 3 years.
