Mechanical Engineer£42,000 - £44,000 per annumLocations: Margate, Ashford or Canterbury (Static Sites)Venn Group is working with a large healthcare organisation in East Kent to recruit experienced Mechanical Engineers to join their Estates and Facilities team.This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established engineering department responsible for maintaining critical healthcare facilities. The role offers a varied workload across planned maintenance, reactive repairs, compliance activities and improvement projects, helping to ensure services remain safe, efficient and operational at all times.Key ResponsibilitiesUndertake planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on a wide range of mechanical plant and equipmentDiagnose and rectify faults across HVAC systems, AHUs, boilers, pumps, water systems and associated mechanical infrastructureSupport the delivery of statutory compliance and ensure maintenance activities meet relevant regulations and standardsAssist with minor installations, refurbishments and improvement projectsWork collaboratively with Estates Managers and wider engineering teams to maintain service continuity across the siteRespond promptly to breakdowns and engineering issues to minimise disruption to critical servicesMaintain accurate maintenance records and complete documentation in line with departmental proceduresAbout YouQualified in a Mechanical Engineering discipline (City and Guilds, NVQ, BTEC or equivalent)Previous experience ..... full job details .....
