Water Hygiene / Maintenance Engineer (L8 Qualified) Location: Site-Based Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 Required Qualification: L8 Water Management / Water Hygiene Experience Overview Our client is seeking an experienced Water Hygiene / Maintenance Engineer to support the on-site Hard Services team. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of engineering services, maintaining compliance with water hygiene regulations, and supporting the overall maintenance operation across the site. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of building services maintenance, water management compliance, and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities, while delivering a high standard of customer service. Key Responsibilities Represent the Hard Services team and provide engineering support across the site. Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks in line with statutory regulations and site procedures. Manage water hygiene activities in accordance with L8 requirements, including monitoring, inspections, testing, and compliance reporting. Ensure specialist contractors complete service visits efficiently, inspecting completed works and reporting recommendations to management. Accurately complete work orders and maintenance records using the Corrigo CAFM system.
