      <description>Location: Reading | Salary: &amp;pound;26 - &amp;pound;28/hour | Type: Temporary | This role will involve carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across commercial office buildings and plant rooms, with a focus on mechanical and plumbing systems.  Key duties include:    Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs   HVAC maintenance, including AHUs, FCUs, boilers and chillers   Plumbing repairs and maintenance   Fault finding and troubleshooting on mechanical systems   Water systems and drainage maintenance   Working alongside electrical engineers and specialist contractors   Completing maintenance and compliance documentation   Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with regulations   What they''re looking for:    Strong commercial mechanical maintenance experience (rather than domestic)   Good HVAC and plumbing knowledge   Experience working in commercial buildings or plant rooms   Comfortable working in a client-facing environment   Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skill &lt;/ul</description>
