Mechanical Engineer

This role will involve carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across commercial office buildings and plant rooms, with a focus on mechanical and plumbing systems.

Key duties include:

• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs
• HVAC maintenance, including AHUs, FCUs, boilers and chillers
• Plumbing repairs and maintenance
• Fault finding and troubleshooting on mechanical systems
• Water systems and drainage maintenance
• Working alongside electrical engineers and specialist contractors
• Completing maintenance and compliance documentation
• Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with regulations

What they''re looking for:

• Strong commercial mechanical maintenance experience (rather than domestic)
• Good HVAC and plumbing knowledge
• Experience working in commercial buildings or plant rooms
• Comfortable working in a client-facing environment
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skill
