The Role: As Principal Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for: Engineering Leadership Leading and managing mechanical engineering teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions aligned with customer and project requirements. Team Development Supervising, coaching and mentoring engineers to support professional development and engineering best practice. Technical Oversight Reviewing and approving engineering calculations, specifications, technical reports and design outputs. Customer and Stakeholder Engagement Acting as a key technical liaison with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and strong working relationships. Mechanical Design and Analysis Supporting the development of robust mechanical design solutions that comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
