Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a-Mechanical Engineer-to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for a-Mechanical Engineer-who wants to work in a diverse role-where no two days are the same.

The-Mechanical Engineer,-will be responsible for:

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive mechanical maintenance across a range of building services systems.
• Diagnosing and repairing faults on HVAC and associated mechanical plant.
• Conducting routine inspections, testing, and servicing to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
• Completing maintenance records, job sheets, and compliance documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

To be successful for this Mechanical Engineer role you must have:

• A recognised mechanical engineering qualification such as NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, F-Gas, or equivalent.
• Previous experience carrying out mechanical maintenance within commercial-or facilities management environments.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills across a range of mechanical building services systems.
• Full UK Driving Licence
