You''ll be responsible for delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, and compliance activities to ensure all mechanical systems remain safe, reliable, and operational. Key Responsibilities Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on: HVAC systems Air Handling Units (AHUs) Fan Coil Units (FCUs) Chilled Beams Boilers Pumps Hot & Cold Water Systems Plumbing Installations Diagnose and repair mechanical faults efficiently. Undertake minor mechanical installations and alterations. Inspect, service, and maintain plant rooms and building services infrastructure. Support compliance activities relating to water hygiene, pressure systems, and mechanical services.
