Mechanical Engineer Pumping SystemsHampshire Area£50,000 £60,00037.5 Hours per WeekOffice Based Quiet Working EnvironmentWe are working on behalf of an engineering business seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer with strong knowledge of pump systems to join their specialist technical team.This is a highly varied and technically focused role where you will support the full engineering lifecycle from technical proposals and concept development through to testing and customer support. The successful candidate will act as a key technical point of contact on customer and supplier meetings, so the ability to confidently explain engineering concepts and communicate professionally is essential.This role would suit somebody from a pump manufacturing, pump systems, fluid handling, or specialist engineering solutions background who enjoys combining technical engineering with customer-facing communication.The position will involve overseeing engineering activities and supporting junior engineers where required, although this is not a direct line management role.The Role Supporting engineering projects from concept through to testing and deliveryPreparing technical proposals and engineering documentationWorking with fluid systems, pumps, piping systems, and associated equipmentSupporting customers and suppliers on technical calls and discussionsProviding technical guidance across engineering activitiesCollaborating with suppliers and sourcing specialist componentsAssisting with ..... full job details .....
