Description Support the delivery of new build and conversion projects from bid stage through to commissioning and testing. Provide technical expertise on power and propulsion equipment, helping select, evaluate and manage critical systems. Work closely with engineering teams, suppliers and class societies to ensure equipment performance, compliance and reliability. Produce and review technical specifications, drawings, manuals and engineering documentation. Support operations by troubleshooting equipment issues, identifying root causes and implementing long-term solutions. Provide technical guidance to procurement teams on spare parts, equipment compatibility and alternative solutions.
