You''ll play a key part in minimising downtime and keeping production running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Carry out reactive mechanical maintenance and emergency breakdown repairs. Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out effective repairs. Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plant equipment. Inspect, service, and repair conveyors, shredders, screens, hydraulic systems, pumps, motors, gearboxes, bearings, and associated plant machinery. Work closely with the operations team to minimise production downtime. Identify and report recurring faults and suggest improvements to increase equipment reliability. Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete work documentation. Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company health and safety procedures.
