We''re recruiting on behalf of a well-established heavy manufacturing site in Doncaster for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their engineering team. This is a genuinely mechanical-led role so-roughly 80% mechanical, 20% electrical with experience on-sensor replacement, basic fault-finding. You''ll be working on large-scale industrial process equipment, including hydraulically-driven machinery. What we''re looking for: Strong mechanical maintenance background, ideally within heavy process manufacturing (extrusion, foundry, metals, heavy fabrication, or similar) Basic to good working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics Comfortable with light electrical maintenance tasks Experience working in a shift-based environment, Monday-Friday This is a rare opportunity to join a genuinely stable, Monday-Friday shift pattern with minimal night work,-a good opportunity-engineers looking to step away from permanent rotating shifts.
