Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Doncaster

Salary: -40,000 - -45,000 (DOE) | Location: Doncaster | Shift: Monday-Friday-|3 Shift Pattern |-8 hour shifts (only-occasional nights).

We''re recruiting on behalf of a well-established heavy manufacturing site in Doncaster for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their engineering team.

This is a genuinely mechanical-led role so-roughly 80% mechanical, 20% electrical with experience on-sensor replacement, basic fault-finding. You''ll be working on large-scale industrial process equipment, including hydraulically-driven machinery.

What we''re looking for:

• Strong mechanical maintenance background, ideally within heavy process manufacturing (extrusion, foundry, metals, heavy fabrication, or similar)
• Basic to good working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
• Comfortable with light electrical maintenance tasks
• Experience working in a shift-based environment, Monday-Friday
