Applicants will have excellent mechanical engineering skills and ideally some basic electrical fault find and repair skills. The Role: Reporting to the Production manger the Shift Maintenance Engineer will be required to undertake planned and reactive maintenance activities on a wide range of plant, machinery and site facilities. Your duties will include but is not limited to the following; Mechanical and electrical maintenance / repair of a wide range of machinery including conveyors, mixers, and much more Maintenance and repair of hydraulic and pneumatic machinery Electrical fault finding and repair control panels, motors, contactors, sensors, relays etc Site facilities electrical maintenance Candidates: The Mechanical Engineer will be a competent engineer with good mechanical and basic electrical fault find and repair skills.
