The successful candidate will work across a range of commercial and public sector facilities delivering planned and reactive mechanical maintenance. Responsibilities  Mechanical PPM maintenance Reactive call outs Pipe fitting works Fault finding Quoted works Minor project works Commissioning support  Environments  Schools Universities NHS facilities Council buildings Student accommodation Extra care schemes  Requirements  Mechanical/Pipe Fitting Qualification Commercial maintenance experience Strong practical fault-finding ability Full UK Driving Licence PASMA/IPAF advantageous  Package  £18.00 £22.00 per hour Company van and fuel card Standard hand tools supplied Paid travel time (30 mins deducted each way) 20 days holiday Company pension Death in service benefit Plenty of overtime available Enhanced overtime rates Call out rota 1 week in 6 Additional standby and call out payments  Locations  Central London</description>
