What you''ll do:

" Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems and equipment
" Diagnose faults quickly and implement effective solutions
" Support continuous improvement projects to maximize efficiency and reduce downtime
" Work closely with the engineering team to ensure all machinery operates safely and reliably

What we''re looking for:

" Proven experience in mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing/industrial environment
" Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and rotating equipment
" Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
" A hands-on, proactive approach with excellent problem-solving skills
" Relevant qualifications (HNC/HND, NVQ, or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering)
