Role Overview:
- Work Type: Mobile, covering 22 sites in London
- Contract: Energy Services
- Duties:
- Mechanical: Pump overhauls, valve and pipework repairs, cooling tower testing, vibration analysis, HIU servicing, chiller and boiler checks, water treatment, and more.
- Electrical: Motor testing, BMS monitoring, meter checks, fault finding, and more.
- General: Servicing AHUs, FCUs, HIUs, chillers, pumps, cooling towers, underfloor heating, pipework, and HVAC systems.
- Additional: Reactive call-outs, troubleshooting, system diagnostics, producing quotations, managing subcontractors, and overseeing Health & Safety.
Benefits:
- Salary: -40,000 - -45,000 per annum (based on experience)
- Overtime: Potential to earn an additional -10,000 - -15,000 per year
- Holidays: 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Qualifications:
- Time-served mechanical/electrical apprenticeship
- City & Guilds or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- NHC HND (desirable)
- Minimum six years'' experience in the field
