Key Responsibilities: Building Engineering Services Expertise: Provide mechanical engineering design, project management, and contract administration for commercial properties. Specialise in areas including design to Stage 3 concept designs and beyond, pre-acquisition surveys, technical due diligence, and facilities management. Client Liaison and Business Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developing a personal network and contributing to business generation and fee income. Attend events and represent the firm at industry functions. Project Delivery and Technical Expertise: Lead the design and management of mechanical services, including preparing specifications, AutoCAD drawings (preferred), and undertaking dilapidations and landlord/tenant advice. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and CDM regulations.
