You’ll work across heating, chilled water and ventilation systems, responding to plant failures in a live healthcare environment. The Role As the Mechanical Engineer, you''ll: Complete planned maintenance, inspections, servicing, fault-finding and reactive repairs on mechanical building services. Maintain boilers, pumps, heating and chilled water systems, calorifiers and pressure systems. Maintain ventilation equipment, including air handling units, extract systems, fans and filters. Respond to plant failures, alarms, leaks and service interruptions, escalating risks where necessary. Record maintenance work, repairs and compliance evidence in the CAFM system. Follow permits, risk assessments, healthcare guidance and local safe systems of work.
