The work spans planned maintenance, fault diagnosis and repairs across heating, water and ventilation systems. The Role As the Mechanical Engineer, you''ll: Complete planned preventative maintenance and respond to mechanical faults across the hospital estate. Inspect and repair heating plant, water services, pumps, valves and air handling units. Maintain critical plant while minimising downtime and disruption to hospital services. Follow HTM guidance, permit-to-work procedures, isolations and site safety rules. Keep accurate maintenance records and report defects, risks and compliance concerns.
