      <description>Location: London | Salary: &amp;pound;43000 - &amp;pound;45000/annum | Type: Permanent | A Mechanical Engineer is required for a permanent, static role near Oxford Circus, delivering planned and reactive maintenance across building mechanical and electrical systems.    You''ll manage day-to-day maintenance, emergency repairs and small works while ensuring PPM activity meets contractual KPIs and SLAs.     The Role      As the Mechanical Engineer, you''ll:     Manage reactive works across building mechanical and electrical systems.   Respond to site emergencies and complete remedial Help Desk requests.   Coordinate and complete small works repairs across the site.   Deliver planned maintenance in line with contractual KPIs and SLAs.   Maintain accurate PPM records and keep the CAFM system updated.   Prepare method statements and risk assessments for additional works.   Compile monthly reports covering completed maintenance activity.
