Mechanical Engineer (Applications) We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer (Applications) to serve as the primary technical expert supporting customers in selecting, configuring, and applying our specialised industrial equipment. In this Mechanical Engineer (Applications) role, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Contracts, and Aftermarket teams to create strong technical proposals and deliver successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide expert technical support for product selection, configuration, and applications Perform pressure and flow calculations for industrial systems Prepare and revise Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (PandIDs) using CAD (AutoCAD, Solid Edge or similar) Review technical proposals and orders to identify and mitigate risks Create and deliver technical presentations and reports to customers (virtually and in-person) Support tender preparation and collaborate with internal engineering teams Contribute to product improvements, engineering standards, and new technology development Produce high-quality technical documentation using MS Office (especially Excel) What We re Looking For Essential: Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) Strong understanding of thermodynamics and mechanics (first principles) Practical experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment Experience with technical calculations and CAD drawings Key Attributes: Confident communicator comfortable with customer-facing work and ..... full job details .....
