Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) Respond to reactive maintenance and fault finding Maintain and repair HVAC systems Service chillers, split systems and associated plant Carry out maintenance on AHUs, FCUs, pumps and motors Monitor BMS alarms and investigate faults Complete maintenance reports and logbooks ..... full job details .....
