Mechanical Design Manager Mechanical Design Manager / Lead Designer required for a highly successful specialist MEP contractor delivering complex projects across some of London''s most recognisable buildings and commercial spaces.Salary: Circa £60,000 - £100,000 depending on experience + Annual bonus based on individual performanceLocation: Central London - office and project site attendance as required (Train costs to site covered)Required: A minimum of 8 years mechanical building services design experience is required, ideally within an MEP contractor, or MandE Fit out business. The projects: This is a particularly interesting opportunity for someone who wants to work on high profile London projects. The business delivers a wide range of commercial MEP projects, from well-known commercial offices or developments, through to large scale data centres and some of London''s most recognisable buildings. They already have multiple new contracts confirmed, with further projects currently in tender ranging from approximately £1.5M to £10M. You''ll be managing a small design team of 2, with responsibility for maintaining technical standards while balancing design quality, programme, procurement and project requirements.
