What you’ll be doing:

• Mechanical design from stage 1-5 on new build and refurbishment schemes
• Site or office. Its up to you. Maybe you like crunching numbers or meeting clients. The strength of the team allows for flexibility
• Work with in house architects and surveyors

You will need to have:

• At least 2 years building services design experience
• Good software skills
• Appreciation of the construction process
