Mechanical Design Engineer

Service Service is recruiting on behalf of a growing engineering manufacturer in King''s Lynn. This is an opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to work on bespoke machinery projects within the food and beverage sector, supporting projects from concept through to manufacture.Key Responsibilities:Produce 3D models and detailed drawings using SolidWorksDevelop practical mechanical design solutionsWork closely with sales, production and project teamsEnsure designs meet required standards and specificationsProvide technical support during manufacture and installationContribute to continuous improvement of design processesAbout You:Previous experience in a mechanical design role within manufacturingExperience in the food and beverage industry is highly desirableConfident using 3D CAD software (SolidWorks preferred)Strong attention to detail with a practical approach to problem solvingAble to work independently and within a teamWhat''s on Offer:£45,000 per annum dependent on experience20 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing with service)Company pension schemeDeath in service benefitMonday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm, Friday 7:00am-3:30pmThis is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and forward-thinking engineering business where your ideas and expertise will genuinely make an impact.
