Reporting directly to the Head of Engineering, you''ll get the chance to lead project delivery. This position is ideal for someone who comes from a rolling stock background who is based within a commutable distance of Derby and looking to develop their career within a stable, well-established organisation. The Role: Lead the design team and provide innovative design solutions and concepts, delivering rolling stock design projects including managing resources and all project deliverables.
