Ideal for engineers with strong CAD, thermal management, liquid cooling and electro-mechanical design experience.The RoleLead mechanical design of high-power charging systems (350kW-1MW+)Create concepts, detailed designs and prototype assembliesDesign liquid cooling systems, heat exchangers and thermal management solutionsProduce CAD models, drawings and engineering documentationComplete feasibility studies, packaging and system integrationSupport prototype builds, testing and commissioningImprove manufacturability (DFM/DFA) and product reliabilityCollaborate with electronics, systems and manufacturing teamsMentor junior engineers and support process developmentRequired ExperienceStrong mechanical design background in electro-mechanical, thermal or high-power systemsExperience with liquid cooling, thermal management or fluid systemsProven track record taking products from concept to prototype and pre-productionCAD proficiency (any major package) + ..... full job details .....
