Due to continued growth and ongoing product development activities, they are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join their Product Development team.This is not a manufacturing engineering role. Instead, you will focus on the ongoing enhancement of an existing commercial product, supporting design improvements, product performance, reliability and lifecycle management through a structured design control process.The RoleWorking within a multidisciplinary RandD team, you will take ownership of design updates and engineering changes, ensuring products continue to evolve and improve following commercial launch.Key responsibilities include:Updating and improving existing product designs using CADManaging engineering changes through formal change control processesConducting physical testing and evaluation activities to support product improvementsInvestigating product issues and supporting root cause analysis activitiesCreating and maintaining engineering documentation, drawings and specificationsSupporting Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) activitiesWorking closely with suppliers and manufacturing partners to resolve technical issuesSupporting ..... full job details .....
