This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical expertise and collaboration across multiple departments. Mechanical Design Engineer Responsibilities:Design and develop flow control products (valves, actuators, manifolds)Perform detailed engineering analyses (calculations, test plans, qualification plans) for performance and reliabilityReview external validation data (FEA, CFD, physical test results)Ensure compliance with industry and government standards for quality and safetyManage end-to-end engineering process from concept through manufacture, assembly, and testCreate prototypes and oversee functional and environmental testingGenerate engineering documentation, including calculations, plans, and technical instructionsProduce GA and component drawings to BS8888 standards, applying GDandT and DfM principles Additional Requirements:We are looking for a highly proactive, ..... full job details .....
