If you have experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer or similar, apply now for an immediate response The Job You''ll Do: Interpret client specifications, technical documents, and project requirements to develop robust design solutions.Create and develop 3D models and 2D detailed manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks CAD software.Produce General Arrangement (GA) drawings, fabrication drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).Apply principles of mechanical engineering to perform necessary calculations, such as stress analysis, material selection, and tolerance stack-ups.Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards and health and safety regulations.Liaise closely with the sales team to provide technical support during the tendering process.Collaborate with the workshop and production teams to ensure designs are optimised for manufacturability and assembly.Assist in the creation of technical ..... full job details .....
