This permanent role involves managing medium to large-scale projects from concept through to delivery, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and maintaining strong relationships with clients and contractors. Key Responsibilities: Lead mechanical engineering design and project delivery across a range of building services projects. Produce detailed mechanical designs, calculations, specifications, drawings and technical documentation. Manage project programmes, quality requirements, workload priorities and commercial objectives. Design and specify mechanical systems, controls, instrumentation and operating solutions where appropriate. Coordinate mechanical services with architects, structural engineers and other project disciplines. Carry out site inspections, condition surveys, testing and dilapidation assessments of existing installations.
