Mechanical Design Engineer

Our client, a consultancy in the water sector, is currently seeking Mechanical Design Engineer''s for a contract position. The role offers hyrbid or remote working arrangements and would come with long term work. Key Responsibilities:Developing detailed mechanical designs for water-related projectsCollaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate and efficient project deliveryCreating schematic diagrams, technical drawings, and specifications for mechanical systemsConducting site surveys and assessments to determine project requirements and feasibilityApplying industry standards and regulations in mechanical design processesProviding technical support during the construction and commissioning phasesEnsuring projects are completed within the set time frame and budgetMaintaining up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trendsJob Requirements:Proven experience in mechanical design within the water sectorStrong proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design toolsUnderstanding of mechanical systems and their applications in water projectsCapability to produce detailed technical documentation and reportsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholdersRelevant engineering degree or equivalent qualificationIf you are an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer looking for a challenging contract role in the water sector, we invite you to apply now. ..... full job details .....
