You will get the chance to work at either site depending on what suits you best.The successful candidate will take creative concepts and develop them into fully engineered, manufacturable lighting products-collaborating closely with creative design, supply chain, production, and external suppliers. This is a key position requiring technical expertise, strong project management ability, and an excellent understanding of materials and production processes. Job Overview Engineering development of lighting products from initial concept through to full production, ensuring technical feasibility and manufacturability. Apply strong knowledge of materials including metals, glass, and alabaster, as well as manufacturing processes such as bending, folding, casting, and finishing to create designs aligned with brand aesthetics.
