Are you an ambitious Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer ready to take the next step in your career?

We''re recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing building services consultancy looking to expand its talented design team. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate engineer with around two years of experience who is keen to work on a diverse range of commercial, residential, education, healthcare, and mixed-use projects.

Working alongside experienced engineers, you''ll be involved in projects from initial concept through to completion, gaining valuable exposure and developing your technical and professional skills in a supportive environment.

The Role

• Design mechanical building services including HVAC, heating, ventilation, cooling, and public health systems.
• Prepare calculations, specifications, technical reports, and design documentation.
• Produce and coordinate drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Work closely with architects, clients, contractors, and other engineering disciplines.
• Attend project meetings and occasional site visits.
• Support the delivery of high-quality, sustainable engineering solutions.

About You

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Around two years'' experience in mechanical building services design.
• Knowledge of UK building regulations and relevant design standards.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Revit; familiarity with IES, Hevacomp, or similar software is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Eager to learn, develop, and progress your career.
