The successful candidate will be responsible for developing mechanical building services designs from initial requirements through to detailed design and technical approval. You will work closely with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal project teams to ensure designs are technically robust, compliant and deliverable. Key Responsibilities Design mechanical building services systems including heating, cooling, ventilation, humidity control, water services and localised drainage. Produce detailed drawings, schematics and technical specifications using AutoCAD and BIM tools such as Revit. Interpret client requirements and identify and raise RFIs where additional information is required. Undertake heat load calculations, pipe sizing, ductwork design and plant selection.
