      <description>Location: City of Edinburgh | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | What Are We Looking For?  Our Chemical &amp; Biological Treatment business platform is looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join the division on a permanent basis and support on DSEAR related projects across the UK. You will work as part of our in-house, multidisciplinary design team and take on a key role in all aspects of projects from scoping and detailed design right through to implementation, ensuring compliance with Client Specifications and current regulatory standards.  Some of Your Key Duties Include:  	 Complete design aspects of projects from inception to implementation. 	 Ensure compliance with Client specification and current regulatory standards. 	 Prepare work scope estimates/quotations. 	 Assemble contract works information documents. 	 Consider project health and safety, quality, and environmental matters. 	 Liaise with all key stakeholders for the projects.   What Do You Need?  	 Degree/HND/HNC in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. 	 CompEx 12 qualified.
