This role involves delivering high-quality mechanical design solutions for a range of projects, including commercial, industrial, and large-scale residential developments. The position requires an individual with strong technical skills, particularly in Hevacomp, along with experience in other programs such as AutoCAD and Revit an advantage. Key Responsibilities: Mechanical Design and Analysis: Lead mechanical design work for various building services projects, including load calculations, power distribution, and lighting systems for commercial, industrial, and residential projects. Technical Proficiency: Utilize Hevacomp as the primary design tool, with additional work in other programs as required for project documentation and coordination. Project Oversight: Manage mechanical design processes from initial concept through to detailed design, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and best practices.
