Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer (Retail Fit Out and Refurbishment Projects)Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire (Hybrid Working)Salary: 54,000 to 58,000 + Car AllowanceThe RoleMechanical Design Engineer responsible for producing and completing mechanical engineering drawings and installation packages for retail clients (MandS, ASDA, Morrisons, Tesco and Boots) nationwide.Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications For this role you must possess the following; Previous experience working on Mechanical packages on Retail projectsPrevious experience using CAD and Revit (Essential)Experience in designing and delivering mechanical engineering solutionsDegree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering (Essential)DutiesProducing technical design calculations and associated reportsData analysisProduce calculations and supporting analysis to develop mechanical solutions for clientsConduct surveys and site assessments to identify suitable mechanical solutionsMeet with clients and other stakeholders to determine requirementsSupport contractors with development of suitable mechanical designsAssess the suitability of contractor designs and provide critical analysisConduct inspections during and on completion to ensure alignment with design standardsWork with wider team to develop solutions to client needsProduction of accurate drawingsProduction of accurate design calculationsProducing work to client deadlinesResponding to stakeholder queries promptlyContacts to Apply: Sam Hunter - Associate ..... full job details .....
