      <description>Location: London | Salary: &amp;pound;35000 - &amp;pound;55000/annum | Type: Permanent | Are you a Mechanical Building Services Engineer with experience designing HVAC and associated mechanical systems?      Are you looking to apply your building services experience to complex station, depot and infrastructure projects?    Salary:  £35,000 to £55,000 DOE   Location:  Epsom, Glasgow, Birmingham, Derby or York. Epsom, Glasgow, Birmingham, Derby or York. Hybrid, typically 2 to 3 days per week in the office  I am recruiting for a Mechanical Engineer to join my client’s established M&amp;E design team, supporting a busy portfolio of rail infrastructure projects across stations and depots.  I am specifically looking for someone with a building services design background, with experience designing HVAC, ventilation, heating, cooling and associated mechanical systems.  Previous rail experience would be beneficial but isn''t essential.
