As a key member of the mechanical design team, you''ll be at the heart of delivering MEP solutions across a range of exciting developments - from major mixed-use schemes and urban regeneration projects to flagship healthcare, Industrial, commercial and residential builds. You''ll get hands-on with intelligent design challenges every day, creating sustainable systems that perform beautifully in the real world. What you''ll be doing: Producing mechanical design packages (HVAC, ventilation, hydronics, plumbing and associated systems) from concept through to technical design and construction documentation. Collaborating closely with multi-discipline teams including architects, structural engineers and sustainability specialists to develop innovative MEP solutions. Working on large-scale developments such as hospital PFI projects, urban mixed-use schemes near major transport hubs, and residential-led regeneration sites. Using design tools like AutoCAD/Revit and mechanical calculation software to deliver efficient, compliant and cost-effective solutions.
