MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER

This is a fully remote opportunity offering -4555 per hour LTD, Outside IR35. Previous data centre experience would be ideal, although candidates from similarly complex, technically demanding Building Services environments will also be considered.

You''ll join an established project team, providing mechanical design expertise across a portfolio of mission-critical work.

The position will involve developing technically robust solutions, coordinating with other disciplines and supporting project delivery from a mechanical Building Services perspective.

You''ll be working remotely, so the ability to communicate effectively and manage your workload independently will be important.

• Strong mechanical Building Services design experience
• Background within an engineering consultancy or similar environment
• Experience delivering technically complex projects
• Data centre experience would be highly advantageous
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and design principles
• Experience working within multidisciplinary project teams
• Good technical, coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment

The initial contract will run for six months, working 40 hours per week at a rate of -4555 per hour.

The position is Outside IR35 and offers fully remote working, providing the opportunity to contribute to significant mission-critical projects from anywhere in the UK.
