We''re recruiting on behalf of an innovative, technology-led engineering company operating at the forefront of precision Design. This is an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join a high-performing team and play a key role in developing cutting-edge products from concept through to production.

As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will take ownership of design activities across multiple projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, precision-engineered solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading mechanical design across new product development projects
• Producing detailed 3D CAD models and assemblies (SolidWorks)
• Creating high-precision engineering drawings for manufacture
• Applying design-for-manufacture (DFM) principles and liaising with suppliers
• Supporting prototyping, testing, and design verification
• Collaborating with electronics, software, and manufacturing teams
• Providing technical support to production and driving continuous improvement

We''re looking for a proactive and technically capable engineer who thrives in an innovative environment.

You will ideally have:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in a mechanical design role
• Strong SolidWorks or 3D CAD skills
• Experience working to tight tolerances and precision standards
• Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage your own workload

• Salary of -40,000 - -45,000
