This is not a full-time requirement at present and would suit an experienced engineer who is currently working elsewhere but has capacity to take on additional work. There is potential for the workload to ramp up considerably in the future as projects develop. Key Responsibilities Produce mechanical building services designs for rail and infrastructure projects. Design heating, cooling, hot and cold water and ventilation systems. Design pipework, ductwork and associated mechanical systems. Undertake plant and equipment selection, including AHUs, fans, pumps, boilers, chillers and associated equipment. Produce calculations, specifications and other technical design information as required. Ensure designs comply with relevant TfL, rail and mechanical engineering standards.
