(Roles are either 8am-4pm or 11am-7pm). Overview Responsible for the delivery of mechanical engineering maintenance service in line with contractual obligations, industry best practice and relevant standards and guidance (HTM). The role is to ensure planned preventive maintenance, testing, breakdown/reactive maintenance activities on the estate are completed and records maintained. Duties Assist in the operational delivery for site activity To undertake any reasonable duties to maintain all services Manage individually assigned work effectively to ensure site performance via use of CAFM systems and other digital based management tools is accurate when reviewed by management Achieve and maintain AP/CP appointments in disciplines as requested by estates management team to support the contract where required and appropriate Interpret and work from all instructions, drawings and specifications appropriate to his/her own trade, without supervision.
