Due to continued project wins, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to join their senior delivery team.This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and ambitious business delivering high-quality mechanical projects across the commercial, education, and high-end residential sectors.The successful candidate will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing schemes from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring successful commercial and operational delivery throughout.The RoleManaging multiple mechanical projects with values ranging from 2m up to 10m mechanicalOverseeing a combined portfolio value of up to 15mTaking projects from pre-construction through to handoverLeading and supporting Project Managers reporting directly into youEnsuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standardsClient-facing role, building and maintaining strong relationships throughout project deliveryWorking closely with commercial and pre-construction teamsProviding regular reporting to senior leadership on programme, commercial performance, and project riskRequirementsProven experience as a Mechanical Contracts Manager within the building services sectorStrong ..... full job details .....
