Mechanical Contracts Manager

Salter Grange is recruiting on behalf of a well-established Mechanical and Electrical Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality building services projects across London and the South East. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, our client is looking to appoint an experienced MandE Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple MandE projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover. Based at the company''s head office in Gerrards Cross, this role offers a balance of office-based management and regular visits to live project sites across London. Reporting to the Director, you will take full responsibility for the operational delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with Project Managers, Commercial teams, Design Managers and clients, you will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships while driving programme performance and operational excellence. MandE Contracts Manager Key Responsibilities Oversee the successful delivery of multiple mechanical and electrical projects from award through to completion. Lead and support Project Managers, Site Managers and project delivery teams. Monitor programme performance, project budgets and commercial objectives.
