Mechanical Contracts Manager Location: Tyne and WearSalary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum DOEEmployment: Full-Time Permanent Sector: Mechanical and Building Services The Opportunity We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to join a well-established and growing MandE building services contractor based in Tyne and Wear. With over 40 years of experience, the business has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality mechanical, electrical and public health building services across a wide range of sectors, including commercial, healthcare, education, industrial and public sector projects. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are looking for an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to take responsibility for the successful delivery of mechanical projects from contract award through to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager looking for a long-term position with an established business, where you will have genuine responsibility for project delivery, client relationships, commercial performance and the management of project teams.
