With a strong pipeline of upcoming local work, they are seeking a talented Mechanical Contracts Manager to join their team.Whats in it for you?Salary in the region of

£50,000 - £60,000

depending on experience.Car allowance or company car .Competitive benefits package.A key role within a growing company at an exciting stage of development.As Mechanical Contracts Manager, you will take ownership of mechanical building services projects from tender through to handover. You''''ll be responsible for managing client relationships, leading project teams, and ensuring contracts are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.Responsibilities

Overseeing the delivery of mechanical packages on commercial and residential projects.Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour.Ensuring compliance with building regulations, health and safety standards, and company procedures.Maintaining strong client relationships and providing excellent customer service.Supporting the senior leadership team in driving growth and operational excellence.The Person
